Hello doctor I am 22yr old female trying to maintain weight.. My bmi is 21.. I want to know if mixing of protiens will make me fat.. after gym i ate 2egg whites + 2peices chicken tikka + 2peices fish tikka + 2tbsp baked beans.. Have i over-eaten or is this combination of mixing protiens bad for health .. Also will it cause weight gain? Please help me!

Your diet does not seem to be appropriate. I suggest you consult a dietician , who will give you a list of items you can eat and the quantity also . Continue to exercise.

The food you take after gym have very high caloric value.
If you are doing heavy exercise in gym then nothing to worry but if you have positive caloric balance then it is possible that you may gain in weight.
Otherwise there is nothing wrong mixing proteins.
