To avoid infection don't have much nonveg foods. Avoid more sulphur containing foods as they can create more itching or allergy have soft , and bland food like khichdi, Dalia, plain dal. Avoid citrus fruits they can cause irritated, take papaya, apple soothing fruits. Have small and frequent meals.if feeling weak have more carbohydrates.
