Hello,

You have to avoid all hepatotoxic (toxic to the liver) substances. Most important is alcohol. Do not use alcohol at any cost.

You have to be cautious while using drugs like Paracetamol, Always consult a general practitioner before taking any drugs. Include more fruits and vegetables in diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
