IV E BEEN TAKING ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, METAMUCIL, CINNAMON, CHAMMOMILE TEA, CHIA SEEDS I VE BEEN CLIMBING 174 WOODEN STEPS 20 TIMES 3 TIMES A WEEK BUT CUT BACK TO TWICE. I VE BEEN ON THOSE STAIRS ALMOST 30 YEARS BUT ONLY STARTED DOING 20 REPS SINCE 2000. LIFTING WEIGHTS 30 YEARS AND TAI CHI 19 YEARS.
