What Diet Should Be Followed To Increase The Body Mass?

Hi. I am 21yrs, 5'11 and 55kg. BMI = 16.8. I know am underweight. I've lost around 20kgs in 2yrs with no diet plans or anything. I eat but just don't gain weight. Now if I check myself in the mirror, i can even see my bones. I am also being very lazy now. I think something is really wrong with my body. Please help.

Key for gaining weight is proper balanced diet and exercise. Eat 6 times per day meals with high cards like potato, rice, nuddles, pasta, drink milk full fat milk, avoid fast food since i dont think you want to add weight that is not healthy. lift weights it was proven that resistance training increases muscle hypertrophy. But please contact your doctor for thorough physical examination and general check up to make sure no other health issues are present.
