What Dietary Precautions Should Be Taken When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

Hi , I have recently been diagoned with Hypothyroid (mild) with t$ result showing 7.9. It is Throittits and I have been asked to repeat a test after 6 weeks before putting me on any medicine. What precaustions ) Dietary) I should take to improve Thyroid prodcution. I do Yoga and meditation regularly

The diet for preventing hypothyroidism is iodized table salt added at the end of cooked meals or consume food that contain iodine e.g. fish ,oyster ,shrimps etc, you can replace red meat with fish, the enough iodine can get eating 3 time per week fish,
The diet of determined Hypothyroidism and they that tend to hypothyroidism is to avoid of goitrogens foods that are food that contain goitrogen a substance that interfere at hormonal thyroid gland production, this foods are broccoli ,cabbages ,cauliflower ,kale ,spinach ,radishes ,soybeans, peach, strawberries.
You should avoid dairy food because they can block the iodine absorption.
You should avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
