Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been mispronouncing words. Sometimes substituting b for d or another consonant switch. Sometimes when I correct myself it takes a few tries. I take Effexor and I ve had a few serious sinus infections that left me very run down but currently I feel tired but ok. Should I be worried?
Hi and thanks for the query, This might be any serious pathologic condition and might require simply regular practice. Effexor and a history of sinus infections are not risk factors for mispronunciations. In my opinion, I think you need not bother and may be practice these words specifically. Especially if they do occur in a second language in question, you need not worry.
