What Do 50% Of Polymorphs In My CBC Test Result Suggest?

Haemoglobin 12.4, WBC 8.5, RBC 4.48, MCV 85.9, MCH 27.7, MCHC 32.2, HCT (PVC) 38.5, Platlets count 272, Polymorphs 50%, Lymphocytes 41%, Monocytes 5% and Eosinophils 4%. My age is 23 and this is my CBCtest result. Could anyone explain th result as Im worried I feel weakness and dizziness all the time.. Thanks.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your CBC test result you have White blood cell count, RBC count & platelet count of 8.5 thousand, 4.48 million & 272000 respecively These all are normal. Percentage of Polymorphs in total WBC are 50%, Lymphocytes 41%, Monocytes 5% and Eosinophils are 4%. These all test results are within normal limits hence not significant.
However your haemoglobin value of 12.4 is lower than normal. This might be the reason of feeling weakness and dizziness all the time. MCH and MCHC is slightly low & MCV or mean corpuscular size is normal. This is normally indicative of iron deficiency anemia.
