What Do BP Of 126/77 And A Pulse Rate Of 107 Indicate?

I have a blood pressure of 126/77 and a pulse of 107 after doing almost nothing for 40 min. I am 20 years old and believe I may be experiencing angina. My grandma died of enlarged heart/congenital heart failure. I have been having these pains for a couple years but they seem to be getting longer and more intense. What do you think?

hi
thanks for using HCM.
your BP is alright but pulse rate is high ( Tachycardia). This can be due to various reason but most common are thyroid dysfunction, anxiety, adrenal gland dysfunction. get a physician consultation and then you can decide further course of action as the information provided by you is not sufficient to reach a conclusion.
thanks
