What Do I Do With The Bump On My Chin And Why Has It Appeared ?
For the past 4 years of shaving i have noticed a wort like bump form on my chin. I have no idea why and what to do. I don t have any history of razor bumps or anything of the sort.

Razor bumps do occur after shaving due to allergy but as you say it is like wart it may be a wart and if you happen to injure it accidently it may bleed.Please get it examined by a doctor /if possible skin specialist so that proper diagnosis is made.Once diagnosed it can be treated.
