What Do I Feel Tired And Light Headed All Day?

I am 59 years old male, I had triple by pass heart surgery 18 years ago, I eat pretty healthy, I exercise average 3 times a weeks, I am 5 ft10 and weight 188, the problem is that lately I have not energy, I have been feeling tired all the time, light headed lately, I just took my blood presure and its 97/68 is it too low?

It may be too low for you. The normal blood pressure range is 90/60 to 120/80.

Even though your reading is in the normal range , it may be lower than what you are used to and may be contributing to your light headed sensation.

You may want to recheck it to confirm this value. If the repeat is low, then it would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment. He or she may alter your medications and may also suggest blood tests such as a full blood count.

This test would check for anemia which can cause fatigue and dizziness.
