What Do Abdominal Cramps And Nausea Indicate?

I started with severe belly cramps- but couldn t have a bowel movement- then became nausiated ..later did have bowel movements not diahrea and vomited several times which appears brown.. but not like coffee grounds.. I think I may have eaten some spoiled yogurt - and had grapes and spinach

By your history and description, possibility of indigestion is more likely.
No need to worry much.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Take more curd and yogurt.
You will be alright with all these.
If not improving then consult doctor and get done clinical examination and ultrasound of abdomen to rule out internal pathology.
