What Do Abdominal Cramps During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?
I m 37weeks and 5 days pregnant, I ve been having period like cramps today, and my leg muscle feels strained. I ve also had some sharp back pain. I ve not felt much movement today. The pain is not like contraction pain at all but could I be in labor.

Lesser fetal movements at 37th week can be when fetus enters pelvic cavity& gets fixed there... still your doubt should be cleared after checking fetal heat sounds.
The pain in lower abdomen & back not with contractions at 37 weeks of pregnancy can be the progress of fetus low down in pelvis due to constipation & bloating with gas or urine problems. It can also be beginning of labor pains (mostly associated with increased vaginal discharge & periodic contractions (not felt in beginning) with pain.
If the pain is not relieved after passing motion/urine... I would advise a consultation & examination by treating obstetric expert & needful management.
