General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Inter menstrual bleed or spotting while running a mile may be part of alteration at hypothalamus pituitary axis and hormone changes which can affect the estrogen and progesterone levels in your body for secondary menses pattern alteration. Associated diet changes or weight reduction are usual underlying sequences related to this. Kindly consult your OBGYN for primary work up and basic guidelines of management accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
