I have been having stomach pains throughout the day that feel like severe hunger pangs. after dinner my stomach bloats and is painful I belch a lot The pain wakes me at night. morning brings pain relief with bowel movements and much gas release. After breakfast multiple urgent small bowel movements with blood and sometimes sandy feces---sometimes pea shaped.
You might have gastritis or acid peptic disease. You may need to meet a gastroenterologist and undergo endoscopy to rule out a peptic ulcer. Meanwhile, you need to follow some lifestyle tips 1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or Omez or Rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
