What Do Abdominal Pain And Pressure Indicate?

Hello doctor I m having a really bad tummy pain that I have to hold my tummy like putting pressure with my had so it can stop hurting I have diarrhea also a few days ago I did notice I pooped some gooey mucus blood but a lot but it stopped it was only one time that that happen

I can understand your concern.
Since you were having diarrhoea and at present having abdominal symptoms, we should definitely rule out internal abdominal pathology first.
So get done clinical examination and ultrasound examination of abdomen.
If ultrasound is normal then possibility of acute gastritis and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) are more likely.
So take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Take probiotic tablets like sporolac.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
