What Do Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate?

My wife is 2 month pragnanat but b4 4 days sudanly she feel pain in abdomin and start bleading like gilrs periods. It was continu she went to gyni doctor she did did ultrasound then she said that she loss pragnanacy. My i know is it posable to be pragnanat even lossing som blood.

I understand your concern. If ultrasound is suggestive of loss of pregnancy that means spontaneous abortion has been taken place. Her menstrual cycle will be regular in next 1-2 months and again you can try to conceive.
However before that you consult gynecologist to rule our any abnormality related female reproductive organs to prevent future complications related to pregnancy.
