General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, Thanks for your query. The symptoms indicate possibility of acute abdomen... which I feel should be considered first ( in examination by a surgeon with needful investigations Should be the begining of the care. -In case there is accompaning burning in stomach ... try with sips of ice cold milk... this would relief pain &vomitting too. -oral water /ors with water should be tried if vomitting has stopped...this would arrest dehydration. eventually further eaminations. In case vomitting is continued direct admission to ER would be ideal . Thanks.
