What Do Bilateral Renal Cortical Cysts In The Below Sonography Report Suggest?

Dear Doctor,My fathers (had undergone for prostate enlargement problem clearing surgery beforeg years) sonography (due to bloody urine) reveals the following:Grade 2 prostomegaly with slightly irregular mixed echogenic mass 3.5x2.3cms along superio right lateral aspect Projecting to UB?Prostaticmass?Bladder mass attached to prostate. Postvoid urine 60ml.Bilateral renal cortical cysts.Right renal calculus 5mm No Hydronephrosis Please give me your impression on the above.

You need to check Serum PSA levels of your father.Also kindly see if biopsy report is available from previous prostate surgery.
