What Do Bite Like Rashes In Groin Area Indicate?

Hello, i have alot of bite like marks on my inner groin, and recently developing 3 small shiny red patch on the shaft of my penis.I have intense itching on my legs and around my body where there are no marks. I have engaged in unprotected sex in the last month on more the one occasion.

I have gone through your query. Bite marks can be from bed bugs. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. STDs won't have bite like marks. If due to bed bugs then calamine lotion for local application and antihistamine like cetrizine orally will be helpful. Check for any lice in your body also.
