What Do Black And Blue Bruises On The Inner Arm Indicate?
I have two black and blue bruises one on my inner arm near my right elbow and the other bruise on mt left hand near my wrist. The bruise on my arm is big and it hurts when I touch it. I however do not remember hitting my arm. Should I see a doctor. I am 68 years old and my major problem is persistent moderate asthma. Otherwise I am healthy and I exercise a lot. Thanks

The bruising is created by trauma. Having a bruising with minor trauma you can't even remember happens probably if you are taking blood thinning medications.
You may need to do a total blood count and platelets count to check their levels.
