General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The black rashes around your groins, buttocks, neck and underarms are normal pigmentation reaction to friction to these fold sites. You can use Kojic acid ointment, keep them well cleaned. If still annoyed, can discuss with dermatologist further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
