What Do Black Spots On The Penis Indicate?

Yes, I have a question about my penis, and no it is not about the size, every time I pull the skin back (I’m am not circumcised) I see that the top half of it leans heavily to the left, and I see little black spots that look pickable, can you please help

Hello,

Usually leaning to the left is so common in many individual and nothing to worry about at all. If you have some black spots and is not infectious then it's better to leave it for now. If it is getting bigger then kindly get a biopsy done to know what it is because many benign and malignant cancer of the penis start the same way and progress so if we diagnose early it is curable.
