Your condition is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding in medical terms and there are many possible under lying pathologies which we have to rule out and for that physical examination as well as certain investigations are required like USG abdomen and pelvis,Hb%,thyroid profile. It is better you consult a qualified gynaecologist. for excessive bleeding you can take tablets like pause mf but you need to go to dr to know the reason for bleeding and address the underlying problem.you didnt mention your age.you need to focus on your diet whcih should be balanced and avoid oily and salty food and start some form of physical exercise which will improve your general health and helps you to cope with these kind of problems.
