Hi Dear ,
Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.
Understanding your concern.
Bleeding bumps on tongue along with burning sensation could be because of inflammation of papillae of tongue. It could be because of
burning mouth syndrome ,
acid reflux,
allergic reaction to allergen and because of excessive use of caffeine / chocolate products.
I would suggest you not to brush your tongue at all as it will cause bleeding from inflamed papillae of tongue. Main
oral hygiene of your cavity by brushing very carefully with supersoft tooth brush bristles.
Apply dologel on tongue mucosa as it will soothen the burning sensation. Use antimicrobial anesthetic patches to sensitize mucosa.
Avoid spicy and very hot food. Use yogurt on daily basis. Do not bring your tongue in between your teeth as it will increase irritation. Need not to worry keep applying desi ghee as well, your symptoms will resolve in 2-3 days.
If it keeps on persisting then visit
dentist once so that biopsy of fluid from blisters can be done to find out exact diagnosis.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
