Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms of blisters in mouth and on lips along with swollen lips seems to be most probably due to viral infection only and it can be due to hand mouth and foot disease also.
Yo should check if there is growing rash on her body too
A blood test can be done for confirmation of the diagnosis.
She can be advised antiviral medication like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc along with Acetaminophen to relieve the rise in temperate.
Do cool compresses over the lips to relieve the pain and swelling.
Give her soft and bland foods and plenty of fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Honey Arora
