Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 2 year old granddaughter has broken out with a rash and blisters on her body last night. They went away this morning but are now back again. the rash is red and the blisters look a bit white under the red rash. She does not have a fever. the rash is on her face, neck, back, legs, buttocks, arms, stomach, basically a little bit everywhere. Could this be chicken pox?
As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow the below guidelines: 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Dermatologist] to confirm. 2) If confirmed, then discuss [acyclovir] orally and it's cream for local applications.
