Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Do Bloated Stomach, Low Appetite And On And Off Stomach Pain Suggest?
I have lost my appetite for quite several weeks. I feel sometimes full but I want to eat but i can t, even though i have been eating healthy stuff recently and sometimes i do not eat at all. I might feel hungry couples of hours later but when i eat so little i quickly feel full. I have been suffering from a hard pain when i get rid of waste for a long time (about a year), and i guess sometimes i have pangs in my abdomen or maybe exactly in the diaphragm. I appreciate if you would reply. I hardly have time to make check ups these days.
This is not a situation that needs a check up. This is a real stomachache for which you can take Omeprazole twice orally. After this, please find time to see a gastroenterologist specialist to examine your stomach further.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
