What Do Blood In Urine And Pain In Back Indicate?

I am 40 years old I have been having blood in my urine for about 3 weeks and my stool is very green I experienced occasional bouts of extreme pain in my back and just beneath my left rib cage. I have had an ultrasound done testing for kidney stones and they came up negative

Sorry that you are having pain and bloody urine. Common reasons for this are kidney stones and infections.

Are you taking any blood thinners, if so please stop them and see your doctor.

as this is go I ng on for 3 weeks you should get a CT renal tract to look for any renal stones. other uncommon reasons are tumors so CT can help.

finally you may need a cysts copy to look inside if the CT turns normal.

You should see your doctor to find about the exact cause. please check your hemoglobin levels.
