General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would suggest consultation of a cardiologist. Blood pressure needs to be assessed and managed, may be it has lead to eye pressure. Pain in back seems to be due to sciatica. For multiple health problems you need over all management to soothe you. Admission in multispecialty hospitals would be more convenient from that point of view.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
