Hi.. Can understand your concern.. As per your symptoms you are having allergic reaction with clindamycin which is an antibiotic drug. It is used to treat bacterial infections. You have symptoms of adverse drug reaction and you should immediately stop taking the drug and consult a general physician and explain the immediate symptoms and get treated by antihistamines, steroids etc as per the severiety of symptoms and as required. In case you need an antibiotics for any ongoing infection there are another effective antibiotics like amoxicillin, ampicillin ,cephalosporines etc which can be taken in place of clindamycin.
