What Do Bumps All Around The Diaper Area Indicate?
My 2 year old son has bumps all around his diaper area and thighs. They kind of look like pimples. I ve tried regular diaper rash creams and nystatin neither have worked. He s had these bumps for over a month and aren t getting better. He s not in pain and the bumps aren t painful to the touch. He hasn t been sick or any fever. What could it be?
