What Do Bumps In Vagina Indicate?

I popped a bump on my vagina and some brownish red stuff came out it was very sore til o popped it...I dnt think it and std cause I been tested twice this yr. Once at the er on January2015 and they again in September 2015 got a pap smear and a wet mount done and blood work done everything came back negative....so what can these bumps/ lumps be...and my throat be aching every of day..could I have a infection or other std that I dnt no over..
