What Do Bumps Inside The Labia Minora Indicate?

Hello. For the last two days I ve had a small white bump/spot 2mm long on the inside of my right labia minora. That area of the labia minora is also slightly swollen and tender. This is the first time anything like the white spot or the swelling has ever happened (I and my partner check each other s genitalia once a week). My partner and I are exclusive, we don t have any STDs, and we ve been sexually active for a year and two months. The only things I can think of that may have caused this is 1) I accidentally nicked my right major labia with scissors while trimming my pubic hair, 2) for the last five days I ve been washing my vulva with soap instead of only water like I usually do, and 3) my nails that I haven t cut in a while (they get sharper they longer they grow) could have accidentally scraped the area while I was cleaning. Any ideas, sir?
