What Do Bumps Near The Navel Post C-section Indicate?

Hi! I am a 29 year old female, whose had two cscetions along with a gallbladder removal. I have recently found little lumps around my belly button (assuming hernias) and some that are also on the same plain as my belly button but over a 2-3 inches. I had one Doctor say hernias and another doctor tell me not hernias, maybe cysts. Both said not to worry. However, having pain in my belly button and in that area is alarming. I am active, have two small boys and I often lift them, furniture, I workout and run. Now, when I hurt I feel down and depressed because I worry my activity is making it worse. Should I go for a CAT scan like one doctor offered as a back up plan ?
