What Do Burning Sensation And Lower Back Pain After Urination Indicate?

I been having the following when urinating: Burning Frequent and small amounts Pain in lower right back Pain in lower front side I went to Doctor on Wednesday, I had a temp of 100, she prescribed me 500 mg amoxicillin, 1 capsule 2x a day Phenazopyridine 200 mg, 1 capsule, 1x per day My question is, shouldn t have I be feeling better by now? My pain has gotten a little better but pain and burning and not gone away completely. Should I go back to the doctor? Or should I wait till I finish my meds? Thank you, Lucy

According to your complain you have problem burning sensation in urine and frequent urination that may be because of bladder infection or kidney infection.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis. After urine culture test if infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctors suggestion...
Mention you are doing urine report or not.
