General Surgeon 's  Response
Since you are a diabetic, this tingling, burning, pain, parasthesia of the thighs, legs and feet are due to Diabetic Neuropathy. This can be diagnosed by a 'Nerve Conduction Test'. Very important is to keep the skin of your lower limbs soft by using a skin softner like Vaseline. Proper soft insoled, pressure distributing foot wear is important. Materials like Poron, Silicon, Plastazote, E.V.A, are good. If Gabapentin or Pregabalin capsules are not helping, there is a therapy called 'Anodyne treatment', which helps in resolving this nuropathic discomfort. A Podiatrist would be having this equipment.
