I have l 3/4 mild broadbased disc buldge,crowding lateral recesses , mild bilateral neuroforminal stenosis L4/5 Broadbased diac buldge with superimposed central disc protrusion encroaching L5 nerve clumping cauda nerve roots centrally bilateral recess stenosis.
