What Do Chest Pain And A Swollen Lymph Node Under The Jaw Indicate?

I recently started having chest pains and noticed my left lymphnode Under my jaw was really swollen that comes and goes my nose is runny and stuffed at the same time, then i started coughing up dark colored mucus which is now more painful its hard to catch my breath then as of today everything tastes like sulfar even fluids have a nasty egg taste

these are inflamatory and draining from inflamatory source it can be lungs and nose and it appears to be can go for mucous test for AFB.can take bromexine for sticky sputum.smell of rotten eg and sulphur can be just indigestion is smell of hydrogen sulfide. itcan be in drinking water which should be excluded.
