What Do Chest Pain, Fever, Tonsillitis And Tiredness Indicate?
Hi Doctor I have the following symptoms, Urine continues Chest pain Regular fever Tonsillitis Throat problem Feeling tired all the time For these I took the tests below Sugar test HIV HBS HCV For these results are negative And for urine problem had a cystoscope test and result was normal too. I have been suffering with these problems since 3 months so far. Can anyone of you please tell me the problem by considering the above symptoms. Please kindly do the needful.
In my view, chronic tonsillitis is causing fever and fatigue. If you suffer from recurrent tonsillitis; it is worth to discuss tonsillectomy with your GP and an ENT specialist. Chest pain may occur if there is underlying lower respiratory tract infection. I would suggest taking a chest x-ray will be very helpful to rule out any infections. As cystoscope is normal, the cause frequent urination can be psychological polydipsia. That is excess water consumption causing frequent urination, make a 24-hrs chart of water intake and measure the amount of urine output to understand the cause. Update the chart here or discuss with your GP.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
