What Do Chronic Microvascular Ischemic Changes Seen With Migraine Headache Mean?

HI, This is was the result for the MRI w/o contrast for my mom. although its said normal I need to get more information. thank you MRI of the brain is normal for age. There are a few scattered subcortical white matter T2 hyperintensities which are nonspecific but most likely represent chronic microvascular ischemic changes although can be seen with migraine headaches

It means there are areas in the brain which are not receiving proper supply of blood causing those ischemic changes.
