What Do Cluster Of White Spots On Vaginal Lips Suggest?
Hi. Yesterday, I discovered a cluster of white spots (they look like tiny whitehead pimples) on the lips of my vagina. So I put neosporin on them and today I went to the store and bought Vagasil to apply. Today, it hurts a little to urinate. Is this normal? Nothing is red, crusty, or discharging. I should start my period next week if that helps.

I really appreciate your concern, you are not suppose to apply anything unless it is being confirmed some it may not needs any treatment and it could be self limiting one so better stop applying anything and wait for some time hope this information helps.
