What Do Cold Sweats, Nausea And Painful Spine With History Of Epilepsy Suggest?

33 yr old female I have a history of epilepsy with my last seizure being 4 years ago. Last Thursday I got a headache which worsened on Friday. I tried, BC powder, massage, chiropractic, everything and nothing helped. On Saturday I literally could not get out of bed. I was nauseous and sore and am guessing I had a slight fever because I had cold sweats. I have been nauseous, sore, my face feels funny, my neck has been incredibly sore and my spine hurts (around C7 area). On Sunday I was better but the headache still lingers with moments of sharp pains at my temples, nausea and still a stiff neck. I have an appointment with a neurologist on Wednesday but I have people saying I need to go ahead and go to ER.....any advice?
