What Do Complete Frontal Sinus Opacification And Severe Bilateral Sphenoid Sinus Mucosal Thickening Suggest?
I had a ct scan today and the findings are there is a complete frontal sinus opacification and severe bilateral sphenoid sinus mucosal thickening. There is frontal, ethmoid, sphenoid and maxillary sinus hyperostosis. In the left middle meatus, there is a 16x8 mm polyp. My email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
You are having chronic sinusitis problem and according to report you will need an operation. Mostly your doctor will prefer functional endoscopic sinus surgery. The surgery will help in improving drainage of secretions and ventilation through sinuses. Meanwhile polyp also will also be removed.
