OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
In view of the past history of an early abortion, your symptoms should not be taken lightly. I would ask you to contact your health care provider immediately and get necessary help. You should take absolute bed rest, avoid all strenuous activity including intercourse and watch for any bleeding. You may benefit from a uterine tocolytic after a trans-vaginal sonogram to look for fetal viability and any evidence of hemorrhage. Hormone supplements may help if indicated. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
