What Do Dark Round Spots On The Sides Of The Feet Indicate?

I have dark round spots on the sides of both my feet I have been treated for syphilis several times, I wondering if that has anything to do with that because they spots are round and dark and set in the skin and seems to be spreading, what is it and what can be do about this

I really appreciate your concern, in acute condition of infection of syphilis such spots may be likely but not in the case of just past history of infection, such skin lesion could be due to allergic condition, it may be self limiting, wait for some time everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
