Hello,
Dark spots over the skin usually occur because of inflammation of the skin. When skin gets injured, toxins are released with cause inflammation. As the inflammation or swelling reduces and heals, the skin can become dark in color.
Here are a few things that can help to reduce the occurrence of red or dark spots:
1. Drink lots of water(more than 2 to 3 liters every day)
2. Eat lots of fruits which contain
vitamins to help with healing
3. Wear loose fitting clothing to prevent
rash from occurring
4. Shower 2 times a day and maintain groin hygiene
5. Wear tights that prevent chafing between the thighs. One can also use Vaseline to prevent chafing.
There is also a small chance that a fungal or bacterial infection can cause vaginal and thigh spots. In this case, seeing a doctor to confirm and then using antifungal or antibacterial creams can help.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
