What Do Dark Spots On The Scrotum And Penis Indicate?
Hi: I have noticed 5-6 darker spots around the base of my penis and a couple on my scrotum. They have been there for probably 5-6 years now with no change. The are not really raised - mostly flat but a couple are slightly raised. I am 50 years old. Any idea what it could be? They don t bother me just don t look great.
