Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Altab,
Sounds like you have impeding Post traumatic ankle joint arthritis.
Have you had an injury to this joint before?
Kindly stop all sporting activities and visit an orthopaedic surgeon, who will prescribe you a pain killer,a cartilage nourishment substitute and physiotherapy for the ankle joint ( wax bath therapy and excercises).
Good luck.
