What Do Delayed Periods Along With Headache And Abdominal Cramps Indicate?

Hi doctor,i have been on petogen for 8months and since I last went for the last shot on 27/06/2017 I didnt see my period for 3 months then saw them on the fourth month for seven days,since then I was supposed to see them on the 24/10/2017 but nothing till today,i have light headache,cramps on the side of my stomach,lot of appetite and last sunday I tested negative..what could be wrong?

Cannot say in your particular case, and certainly changes in hormone level from changing the medication can have effects. However, poly cystic ovarian syndrome would classically have abnormal periods, fluid retention and pain. Pregancy of more than 2 months would only not show on a pregnancy test if the test were basically not done. One could get no reading if the urine didn't hit the test. I don't see how a negative reading could occur and it would strongly imply NOT pregnant.
